BANKING SERVICES

The Town of Payson is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide comprehensive banking services. The selected institution will offer secure and reliable services that align with the Town's operational needs, financial policies, and investment objectives. The required banking services include consolidated account structure, interest-earning opportunities, wire transfer services, online banking services, standard deposit and disbursing services, account analysis and reporting, account executive and customer support, direct deposit and ACH processing, overdraft provisions, stop payment services, collateralization of public funds, credit card and virtual payment processing, disaster recovery and data security, and electronic document storage. • The institution must be a federally or Arizona state-chartered financial institution with a full-service branch located within the Payson town limits. • The institution must be a qualified public depository in Arizona and have access to Federal Reserve services. • The institution must maintain a capital structure sufficient to cover all deposits held by the Town. • The institution must offer secure web-based banking services, including multi-user access, electronic funds transfers, and fraud prevention measures. • The institution must provide a dedicated account representative and a trained backup contact. • The institution must implement disaster recovery plans, backup systems, and emergency communication protocols.
