FY27 Joint Reconstruction Robotics

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking proposals for up to two joint‑reconstruction robotic platforms to be used across multiple surgical locations for total knee, partial knee, total hip, and total shoulder arthroplasty. The solicitation covers the entire solution set – hardware, software, navigation, data analytics, consumables, training, and ongoing service – and does not guarantee a single‑vendor award. Proposals must be submitted by the end of October 2026. • Required capabilities include pre‑operative planning, intra‑operative navigation/tracking, outcomes reporting, and future software upgrades. • The award may be split among multiple suppliers; OSUWMC will evaluate clinical, operational, economic, and technological value. • All questions must be directed to the primary contact, Ashley Brown.
