The Metropolitan Community College (MCC) seeks a qualified integrator to supply and install a collaborative robot loader system for an Okuma M460 CNC machine. The contract is a one‑time purchase covering hardware, engineering, programming, integration, installation, and training. The vendor must deliver a complete, production‑ready solution that can be quickly moved in and out of the machine shop, includes end‑of‑arm tooling, safety interlocks, and supports the college’s training programs. • Supply of one collaborative robot (e.g., Okuma ARMROID) and associated end‑of‑arm tooling (grippers, vacuum, etc.) • Provision of work‑holding hardware, pneumatic components, and integration hardware (carts, mounts, safety systems) • Engineering design, system integration with Okuma OSP‑300 control, and CNC‑robot communication setup • Controls programming, software configuration, and validation/testing • On‑site installation, start‑up support, and training for faculty/students • Documentation, warranty, and optional maintenance agreements • Must meet MCC’s Missouri‑preference and E‑Verify requirements; five‑year experience required.
