Reappraisal Request for Proposals

The Town of Wardsboro, VT, is soliciting a qualified appraisal firm to conduct a comprehensive reappraisal of all 1,008 taxable parcels in the municipality. The firm must prepare and represent the town in grievance hearings, Board of Civil Authority hearings, and any appeals before the State Appraiser or Superior Court. Work must be performed using the town’s ProVal appraisal software (or include costs for any alternative software).
