Lincoln Lift Station Project - Package 1 - Lift Station Construction

The City of Caldwell is requesting statements of qualifications for the Lincoln Lift Station Package 1 - Lift Station Construction Project. The project involves the construction of a site-built lift station, including structural cast-in-place concrete construction, site work, dewatering, masonry, metal fabrication, electrical components, and other related elements. The project is expected to begin in Spring 2027 and be completed in Fall 2028, with a duration of 18 months. The total contract price is anticipated to be greater than $5,000,000. Key elements of the project include: • Construction of site-built cast-in-place lift station concrete structure and associated masonry • Site excavation, dewatering, shoring, forming, grubbing, grading, paving, and restoration • Installation of mechanical piping, valving, force mains, and other related components • Electrical work and connections to the lift station • Installation of communications, electrical controls, SCADA devices, and other related systems • Installation of mechanical pumps and associated components • Installation of odor control system, HVAC, and ventilation system • Installation of stand-by generator and other related hardware The City is seeking qualified contractors to submit statements of qualifications, which will be evaluated based on the contractor's experience, qualifications, and ability to perform the work.
