SCOPE OF WORKA. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required and construct Lincoln Septage Receiving Facility – NBC Project 710.00C, complete as shown on the Drawings and specified herein.B. The Project is generally described as demolition of the existing Lincoln Septage Receiving Facility and the construction of a new Septage Receiving Facility, grit sump, and installation of equipment.C. The Work includes labor, material and equipment, services required for construction, testing, and commissioning of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents as more specifically described in the Specifications and Drawings includes, but is not limited to, the following principal features. 1. Process Systems a. Pre-selected Hydra Dyne Septage Receiving Equipment b. Grit Removal Sump c. Rock Trap (Heavy Object Trap) d. Odor Control e. Automatic Composite Samplers f. Insulation 5. Doors 6. Painting & Finish Work 7. Site Work including bollards, loam, seed, plantings, excavation, dewatering, grading, shoring and bracing, backfill and compaction 8. Bituminous Paving, Concrete Equipment Pads, and Concrete Sidewalks 9. Exterior Below Grade Piping and Utilities 10. Interior & Exterior Mechanical Process Piping Systems 11. Plumbing 12. Drainage Systems 13. HVAC 14. Electrical 15. Instrumentation & Controls 16. Site and Building Security System 17. Fire Detection and Alarm System 18. Communications 19. Installation, Startup & Testing of Proccess Systems 20. Demolition Work for All Trades 21. All Materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work.D. Flows must be maintained in all sewers at all times unless prior written authorization is granted.
