Request for Proposal Advertisement – Commercial Green Waste and Wood Grinding Services

Texarkana Water Utilities (TWU) is seeking qualified service providers to grind, remove, and dispose of all commercial green waste and wood products generated in the Cities of Texarkana, AR and TX. The contractor must supply all equipment, trucks, personnel, office facilities, and manage traffic flow at the TWU site (4000 South State Line Avenue, Texarkana, TX). Wood chips produced may not exceed 10,000 cubic yards on‑site at any time. Proposals are due July 28, 2026. • Provide full‑service grinding of commercial green waste and wood, including equipment, labor, and supervision. • Remove and dispose of wood chips while maintaining on‑site storage limits. • Supply necessary office space, manage site traffic, and collect applicable fees. • Operate from TWU’s designated site and adhere to all federal equal‑opportunity and executive‑order requirements.
