The VA Overton Brooks Medical Center in Shreveport seeks a contractor to operate a Community‑Based Health Care (HCHV) program for homeless veterans with serious mental illness. The contractor will provide 24‑hour residential housing, meals, laundry, and a suite of therapeutic and rehabilitative services (group therapy, individual counseling, vocational support, recreation, transportation, and case management). The contract is a fixed‑price IDIQ lasting five years, with annual ordering periods and a guaranteed minimum spend of $500 and a maximum ceiling of $2,550,000.
