The Department of Homeless Services seeks nonprofit providers to operate “Stabilization Beds” – low‑threshold, 24/7 emergency housing for street‑homeless adults across New York City. Contractors must secure suitable sites, deliver housing‑first services, manage daily operations, and coordinate with DHS outreach teams to move clients into permanent housing.
