Sodium Hypochlorite

The Town of Greenwich is soliciting bids for the supply of 15% Liquid Membrane Grade Sodium Hypochlorite. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with three optional years. Bidders must provide pricing for the initial term, and indicate if pricing will increase or decrease in the optional years. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. • The Sodium Hypochlorite shall be a membrane grade with a Na content of 1000-2000 ppm. • Quantities indicated in this RFB are approximate, and the Town may purchase more or less than the estimated amounts. • The successful Bidder shall indemnify the Town of Greenwich against all losses, claims, actions and judgments brought or recovered against the contractor or the Town of Greenwich. • The Bidder shall provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) with the bid. • The Bidder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the development and submission of their bid.
