FIXED ROUTE TRANSIT FLEET TURN-OVER INSPECTION SERVICES

The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) is seeking a contractor to provide fleet turnover inspection services for its fixed route transit vehicles. The contractor will conduct a fleet maintenance audit, including vehicle maintenance records, at the RTC's maintenance facilities. The project is expected to begin in November 2026 and last for approximately 6 months. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting the vehicles and providing a report to the RTC. • The contractor will conduct inspections at the Sunset Maintenance Facility and the Integrated Bus Maintenance Facility. • The contractor will be responsible for reviewing vehicle maintenance records. • The contractor will provide a report to the RTC detailing the findings of the inspections. • The contractor will work with the RTC's maintenance contractor to conduct test drives.
