Redevelopment of CRA Owned Broadway Properties

The City of West Palm Beach, acting as agent for the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, is seeking proposals to negotiate the lease, purchase, or lease‑purchase of seven CRA‑owned properties in the Broadway Mixed‑Use District. The selected partner will be responsible for designing, financing, constructing, managing, and marketing a high‑quality, architecturally distinctive, economically sustainable mixed‑use development that revitalizes the Broadway Corridor.
