The DEA Aviation Operations Center (AOC) in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a qualified engineering firm to perform a comprehensive Building Condition Assessment (BCA) and produce a Building Engineering Report (BER) for a 155,238‑sq‑ft facility. The effort includes a mandatory site visit, visual inspections of all building systems (roof, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, structural, etc.), documentation of deficiencies, cost‑estimate recommendations, a prioritized work‑item list, and a long‑term maintenance plan. The contract is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside, firm‑fixed‑price, with a performance period of one year (12/13/2026 – 12/12/2027).
