Description
The City of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County is seeking bids for Medical Grade Oxygen Exchange & Rental services. The contract term will be from July 2026 to June 30, 2029, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide medical grade oxygen cylinders, exchange services, and emergency delivery. The bidder must also provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, business automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
