Title and Escrow Services

The County of Mohave is soliciting qualified, licensed firms to provide comprehensive title and escrow services on an “as‑needed” basis for multiple county departments. The contractor must be licensed by the Arizona Department of Insurance, able to perform title searches, issue commitments, provide various title insurance policies, and act as an impartial escrow agent for real‑estate transactions statewide. Services include full title reports, condemnation guarantees, condition‑of‑title updates, limited realty reports, NSP3 property account servicing, escrow opening/closing, fund disbursement, recording, and compliance with TILA/RESPA.
