YUCCA LIBRARY EXPANSION PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND)

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide professional services for the Yucca Library Expansion project. The project involves the expansion of the existing library from 10,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet. The selected team will be responsible for providing design and construction administration services, including architectural programming and design, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and civil engineering, as well as landscape architecture.
