The County of Hawai‘i is seeking a qualified provider to manage and operate the newly‑built Kukuiola Village Emergency Homeless Shelter and One‑Stop Resource & Assessment Center in Kailua‑Kona. The provider will be responsible for day‑to‑day shelter operations, certified kitchen management, safe‑parking for vehicle‑dwelling individuals, and delivery of supportive services (case management, health referrals, employment assistance, etc.) to homeless participants. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with four optional one‑year extensions, subject to funding and performance.
