The Bibb County School District (BCSD) in Macon, GA is seeking qualified charter‑bus providers to transport students on field trips, athletic events, competitions, band tours and other school‑sponsored activities for the 2025‑2026 school year. The contract is a one‑year base period with up to three optional one‑year renewals. Providers must supply safe, clean, ADA‑compliant buses (full‑size 47‑55 seats or mini‑coaches), licensed drivers with CDL‑Passenger endorsements, and assume all operating costs (fuel, tolls, insurance, driver meals, etc.).
