Security System

The State of Wyoming, Department of Administration and Information, General Services Division, Procurement Section, is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for a security system. The RFI aims to identify potential sources and products for Genetec security system hardware upgrades, software upgrades, support, and system monitoring. The Wyoming State Hospital is currently using the Genetec Advantage security system and is looking to upgrade, replace, and add to the current system to ensure it functions properly and efficiently to provide a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. • The RFI includes a mandatory walk-through at Wyoming State Hospital in Evanston, WY, to evaluate the current system and gain an understanding of the Agency's needs. • Vendors must supply written information with the possibility of demonstrating their products. • The Agency may issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) after receiving and evaluating vendors' responses. • The RFI includes a list of key dates, including the RFI release date, pre-submission conference, closing date for questions, and RFI submission due date.
