Eastern Kentucky University is seeking qualified firms to provide full‑building commissioning services for its new Model Laboratory K‑12 School, a 268,400 sf, three‑story educational facility. The scope includes building‑envelope testing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting‑control, generator commissioning, functional performance testing, documentation, and post‑acceptance follow‑up, with a required not‑to‑exceed fee and compliance with Kentucky state procurement rules. • Perform commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting‑control, and building‑automation systems, plus envelope air‑leak testing. • Provide functional performance testing, issue System Verification Checklists, and deliver a final commissioning report plus a 10‑month post‑acceptance walkthrough. • Submit a firm‑fixed‑price (NTE) proposal, professional liability and general liability insurance, resumes of key personnel, and three project references; pricing must be honored for 120 days. • All proposals to be submitted via Jaggaer by July 21, 2026; questions due by July 2, 2026.
