The Erie County Office of Children and Youth is seeking a service provider to deliver the Just Care for Families program, an intensive, evidence-based, trauma-informed in-home treatment designed to serve parents involved with the child welfare system, addiction services, and/or the criminal legal system. The program aims to provide targeted strategies to support parents and families experiencing a range of challenges. The successful bidder will be required to provide a team of professionals, including a clinical supervisor, coaches, and a community access navigator, to deliver the program. The program will be monitored by the Erie County Office of Children and Youth, and the service provider will be required to submit reports and participate in evaluation activities. Key aspects of the program include: * Intensive in-home treatment for parents with substance use disorders * Evidence-based strategies, including contingency management and behavioral activation * Flexible scheduling and non-traditional treatment locations * 24/7 availability for crisis intervention * Collaboration with other service providers to support families * Emphasis on harm reduction and minimizing negative consequences of substance use * Goal of achieving positive change and long-term well-being for families
