Howard Community College is seeking a qualified, Tellabs‑certified integrator to replace its existing Motorola Passive Optical Network (PON) equipment with a new Tellabs solution. The scope includes removal of legacy Motorola OLTs, installation of Tellabs OLTs and associated splitters, configuration of IEEE 802.1X network access control, integration with Cisco ISE and Microsoft Intune, migration of voice, data, and multicast services, extensive testing, documentation, and a minimum one‑year workmanship warranty.
