Stop Loss Insurance

The Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is seeking a vendor to provide stop loss insurance for its medical plan. The selected vendor will be required to provide insurance coverage for KUB's approximately 1,256 employees. The proposal should include pricing information, terms and conditions, and any other relevant details. The evaluation criteria will include price, proposal response, experience and references, and exceptions to terms and conditions. • The vendor must be pre-approved as a legitimate insurance carrier by Willis Towers Watson of Tennessee. • The vendor must provide a detailed proposal package, including a proposal cover sheet, terms and conditions, references, contact information, and a price sheet. • The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and maintain adequate insurance coverage throughout the term of the agreement.
