Request for Information - Local & Long-Distance Telecommunications Service - JBER, Alaska

The Department of War is seeking information from vendors for local and long-distance telecommunications services to support mission-critical operations at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) in Alaska. The services required include local dial tone, long distance, and features such as Direct Inward Dialing (DID) and toll-free services. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary transmission facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance, and test equipment to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, with a reliability requirement of 99.999%. The vendor will also be required to provide a cutover plan, installation schedule, and service routing diagram.
