Office of Workforce Development Case Management System

The State of Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, implement, and support an integrated Case Management System for the Office of Workforce Development (OWD). The solution must replace or integrate with existing tools, support workforce service delivery, case distribution, job‑seeker journey, provider and partner management, labor‑market information services, reporting, and full administrative functions. Deliverables include comprehensive project management plans (schedule, risk, communication, quality, security, change‑order), detailed technical architecture, data conversion (65‑70 GB, ~900 k documents), system configuration, testing (unit, integration, penetration, UAT, performance, etc.), training, documentation, and post‑implementation support with a 12‑month warranty. The contract will be awarded after a competitive RFP process, with an anticipated implementation timeline spanning multiple phases from orientation through final acceptance.
