INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FPSU CEPHEID MODULES AND SERVICE AGREEENTS

The Billings Area Indian Health Services (IHS) intends to award a non‑competitive, sole‑source contract to Cepheid for the purchase of two new moderate‑complexity GeneXpert® molecular testing systems, associated hardware (printers, UPI cables), software licenses, and the activation of two additional modules on each of its existing Cepheid instruments (four modules total). The contractor will provide delivery, installation, configuration, verification, training, warranty coverage, and ongoing technical support. Delivery must occur within 30 calendar days of award, with installation and activation completed immediately thereafter.
