The City of Flint is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive electrical support services for its wastewater treatment facilities. The vendor must supply licensed journeyman electricians, vehicles, after‑hours coverage, and all associated tools, while also handling documentation, training, and insurance requirements.
