Description
The Mountain Home Air Force Base is seeking to establish three indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity task order contracts for architect-engineer services. The contracts will have a 5-year ordering period, with a maximum quantity of $9,900,000. The services required include professional services of an architectural or engineering nature, design or construction of real property, and other related services. The selection criteria include professional qualifications, past performance, specialized experience, capacity, and location.
• Professional services of an architectural or engineering nature
• Design or construction of real property
• Other related services, such as studies, investigations, surveying and mapping, tests, evaluations, consultations, comprehensive planning, program management, conceptual designs, plans and specifications, value engineering, construction phase services, soils engineering, drawing reviews, preparation of operating and maintenance manuals
• The contracts will be awarded based on the best value to the government, considering factors such as price, technical capability, and past performance.
