Worldwide AE Support Services

The U.S. Department of State (DOS) is seeking architectural and engineering (A/E) firm-led teams to provide support services for the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of facilities at various worldwide Foreign Service posts and OBO offices in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The selected teams will be awarded indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a one-year base period and nine one-year optional service periods. The contracts will have a maximum dollar value of $100 million. The scope of work includes professional support services, constructability review of design documents, construction critical path with schedule and risk narrative, and project budget analysis. • The A/E firm-led teams must be professionally licensed and have demonstrated experience coordinating multi-disciplinary services and working with applicable U.S. laws, codes, and standards. • The teams must submit a portfolio of their work, including examples of their technical innovation and project management capabilities. • The Government will evaluate the teams' qualifications and experience, and will award contracts to the most highly qualified teams. • The contracts will be awarded for a base period of one year, with options to extend for up to nine additional years. • The maximum dollar value of each contract is $100 million. • The Government guarantees a minimum of $10,000 in task orders over the life of each IDIQ contract.
