Budget estimate

$3,000,000 – $5,000,000

The budget for this contract can be estimated based on the quantity of devices and accessories required. The annual product estimation is 1656 devices, 1656 distilled water bottles, and 1656 duffel bags. Assuming an average cost of $500 per device, $5 per distilled water bottle, and $20 per duffel bag, the total annual cost would be approximately $1,036,320. For a 4-year contract, the total budget would be around $4,145,280. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on the prices quoted by the contractor. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the prices of the devices and accessories, the number of options exercised, and any changes to the contract requirements.
