Fundraising Products and/or Services

The Belton Independent School District is seeking qualified companies to provide fundraising products and/or services on an "as-needed" basis. The district is looking to establish a list of approved vendors, and awards will be made to multiple vendors on a monthly basis throughout the solicitation offering period. The term of the proposal is for one year, with four possible one-year renewals, and the district reserves the right to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with proposers prior to an award. The scope of work includes providing fundraising products and/or services to support the district's needs. Key aspects of the proposal include: • Providing fundraising products and/or services on an "as-needed" basis • Establishing a list of approved vendors • Awards will be made to multiple vendors on a monthly basis • The term of the proposal is for one year, with possible renewals up to four years • The district reserves the right to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with proposers
