Description
The City of Leola is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide comprehensive services for a water‑system improvement project funded through the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission’s DWSRF program. The scope includes preparation of pre‑application and engineering reports, environmental documentation, loan application support, design and construction documents, and an operation & maintenance manual. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications that details experience, staff qualifications, and comparable projects. Selections will follow Arkansas code and federal regulations, and selected firms may be invited to interview.
• Engineering services covering feasibility, design, permitting, and O&M manual preparation.
• Required submission: single PDF SQ by 2 PM on June 30, 2026 to Mayor Virginia Harrison.
• Evaluation based on experience, staff qualifications, and comparable project history; interview expenses borne by the firm.
