The California Highway Patrol (CHP) Inland Division seeks a qualified contractor to provide on‑site destruction of illegal controlled substances, cannabis/psilocybin products, vape pens, batteries, and any bio‑hazardous waste at its San Bernardino facility. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, permits, insurance, and compliance with DEA “non‑retrievable” standards, delivering a fully documented, witness‑verified destruction process. The contract is a single‑award, low‑price competition with a $50,000 ceiling, paid on an actual‑cost basis, and runs for two years (Feb 1 2027 – Jan 31 2029).
• Perform on‑site chemical digestion or high‑heat incineration of controlled substances and bio‑hazardous waste; no intact substances may leave the site.
