Supported Family Time

The Department for Children and Families, Family Services Division, is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide Supported Family Time. This service provides a safe environment for children and youth to visit with their parents when families are experiencing challenges. The contractor will offer guidance, modeling, and assistance to parents and children/youth as needed during these visits. The contract will be for a period of five years, with an anticipated start date of 7/1/2027. • The contractor must have experience working with high-risk populations and providing access to a safe and reliable space for Supported Family Time. • The contractor must have training and experience related to court testimony. • The contractor must be able to provide the services outlined in the RFP throughout the entire state. • The contractor must be able to actively communicate with the Department for Children and Families, caregivers/families, and children/youth.
