RFP For Design-Build Services for ERCIP - Cheyenne Readiness Center Complex Microgrid Project - Wyoming Military Dept.

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking a design-build contractor for the Cheyenne Readiness Center Complex Microgrid Project. The project involves the design and construction of a secure, fully commissioned microgrid system consisting of a 1-megawatt photovoltaic solar array, 4 megawatts of natural gas generators, and an unoccupied 300kW/300kWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The system will provide islanding capabilities to the installation from all outside energy sources, ensuring that mission-critical facilities maintain operations during outages.
