NCP-VHL CALENDAR 2027

The U.S. Government Publishing Office, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking a vendor to produce 10,000 copies of the NCP‑VHL Calendar 2027. The calendar is an 11 × 8½ in., 24‑page, four‑color, flood‑coated glossy cover, saddle‑stitched publication with a single 1/8‑in. hole and includes 80 “Departmental Random Blue‑Label” copies that require special labeling. The contractor must receive a single PDF production file after award, perform pre‑flight checks, generate a press‑quality soft proof, and obtain approval before printing. Production can be done via offset or high‑quality digital printing, but only one method may be used for the entire order. The finished calendars must be packaged in rigid cartons, labeled, and shipped to a VA hospital in Fresno, CA by November 13 2026.
