IMT RiverWare Software Support IDIQ

The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, is seeking proposals for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide software support for the IMT RiverWare software. The contract has a base period of one year, with nine option periods, for a total contract duration of 10 years. The contractor will provide software maintenance, updates, technical support, and software engineering services. • The contract requires the contractor to provide firm-fixed prices for all pre-priced contract line item numbers (CLINs) for the base period and each option period. • The contractor must propose firm-fixed labor rates for technical support and software engineering services. • The contract includes a provision for the government to extend the term of the contract by written notice to the contractor within 60 days. • The government intends to award a single IDIQ contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and whose proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable.
