JET A AIRCRAFT REFUELER

Bartow Flying Service is seeking a single, brand‑new 5,000‑gallon Jet A aircraft refueler. The vendor must supply a diesel‑chassis, air‑conditioned truck with automatic transmission, a single‑compartment aluminum or stainless‑steel fuel tank, bottom‑loading capability, high‑level shut‑off systems, fuel filtration, water‑defense, 300‑GPM pump, dual electronic meters, hose assemblies (over‑wing and under‑wing), hose reels, bonding equipment, additive injection, electronic tank‑level monitoring, and all safety, emergency shutdown, brake interlock, communications, printing, lighting, and accessory equipment specified in the RFP. Delivery must occur within 180 days of order receipt, and the supplier must provide on‑site operational training, operating manuals, and standard warranty coverage. All equipment must meet applicable regulations and the RFP’s minimum technical specifications. • Supply a complete, unused fuel‑truck meeting extensive technical requirements. • Deliver and commission the unit within 180 days, including training and warranty documentation. • Ensure compliance with all aviation‑fuel‑handling standards and provide full support materials.
