Banner Finance Consultant

Delaware State University seeks a professional‑services firm (or a single prime vendor) to provide Banner Finance consulting for its Banner ERP system. The work includes support for finance, HR/payroll, student accounts receivable, and financial aid modules; process‑improvement, custom reporting, training, and audit‑preparation assistance.
