The contract is a one‑year base term beginning January 1 2027 with four optional one‑year renewals, requiring the vendor to meet FDA, CGMP, CGA, USP, and NFPA standards, maintain a local fill site within 100 mi of the county’s central warehouse, and carry extensive insurance coverage. Pricing must be supplied by the vendor and remain firm for the contract term(s).
