2026BLC002 - RFQ for On-Call Business Development Services

The City of Los Angeles, Department of Cannabis Regulation is seeking to develop a pre-qualified list of on-call consultants to provide business development services, including face-to-face and virtual on-demand curricula, professional training, technical assistance, mentoring, and associated materials and services, to support applicants and licensees eligible for the Social Equity Program. The selected consultants will be responsible for providing these services on an as-needed basis. • The services will include business development curricula, professional training, licensing and compliance, technical assistance, mentoring, and related services. • The consultants will be required to demonstrate expertise, experience, integrity, quality, timeliness, and other factors in business development curricula, professional training, licensing and compliance, technical assistance, mentoring, and related services. • The City of Los Angeles is committed to maximizing opportunities for local businesses and encouraging local businesses to locate and operate in the City and County of Los Angeles. • The Local Business Preference Program (LBPP) aims to benefit the City by increasing local jobs and expenditures within the private sector.
