LARGE DIAMETER DUCTILE IRON PIPE SEWER REHABILITATION ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for the rehabilitation of large diameter ductile iron pipe sewers. The scope of work includes construction administration and inspection, design support, and public outreach services. The project involves approximately 287 NASSCO Grade 3 pipe segments and associated manholes, with sewer pipe sizes ranging from 15 to 60 inches in diameter. The selected team will be required to maintain all project records in electronic format and utilize the City's web-based project management database, UNIFIER. The team will also be required to provide data to update the City's Computerized Maintenance Management System. • The project requires construction administration and inspection services, including oversight of project construction activities and inspection of the site to verify the quality of the work. • The project may include design support and recommendations for the recently assessed sewer system. • The team will be required to provide public outreach services and track, compile, and categorize all project-related documents. • The team will be selected through a qualifications-based selection process, with evaluation criteria including construction administration and inspection experience, design experience, and project understanding and approach. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Statement of Qualifications received.
