Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract ceiling. Based on typical state‑funded public‑health evaluation contracts of similar scope (monthly technical assistance, quarterly surveys, data analysis, and reporting) the budget is likely in the mid‑six‑figure range. Assuming an average of $2,500–$3,500 per monthly deliverable (≈ 8 months) plus $10,000–$15,000 per quarterly survey effort (≈ 3 quarters) and additional $30,000–$50,000 for final reporting and grant‑writing assistance, the total expected award would fall roughly between $150,000 and $300,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the number of survey respondents, extent of data‑source integration, and any additional funding‑identification work required.
