Texas A&M University Athletics Facilities Department is seeking an experienced contractor to measure, supply, and install new athletic‑dugout flooring at Davis Diamond baseball stadium in College Station, TX. The work includes demolition of existing rubber flooring, substrate preparation, moisture mitigation, and installation of a specified non‑slip, waterproof flooring system (NWR Stamina 10 mm “190 Earth” mat, Dynaflex Ultra Black sealant, stainless‑steel stair nosing, and MAPEI Ultra‑Bond Sport additive). The contractor must complete all work by November 27 2026 and provide all required documentation, including HUB Subcontracting Plan, insurance certificates, and non‑collusion affidavits.
