SSC - ETAMU Berry Hall, Smith Hall, and Watson Building Demolitions - Commerce, TX

The Texas A&M University System, on behalf of SSC Services for Education, is seeking a qualified contractor to perform complete demolition, salvage, and site restoration of three campus buildings in Commerce, TX: Berry Hall (≈63,167 sf, two‑story), Smith Hall (≈81,192 sf, three‑story) and the Watson Cafeteria/Old Children’s Museum (≈20,393 sf, single‑story). Work includes removal of all structural components, HVAC, interior fixtures, underground utilities, capping of foundations, and protection of existing parking‑lot lighting for later reconnection. After demolition, the sites must be backfilled, graded, topped with topsoil, and vegetatively re‑established.
