The Southeast Kansas Education Service Center (GREENBUSH) is issuing an RFP (Bid #27.4) to establish one or more cooperative contracts for athletic, gymnasium, and sports flooring products, systems, installation, maintenance, repair, and related services for K‑12 schools and other eligible entities. Vendors may propose hardwood, synthetic, rubber, or specialty flooring, as well as all associated accessories, sub‑floor systems, and lifecycle support (training, warranty, maintenance programs). The solicitation is divided into five mandatory parts (General Terms, Technical Specs, Vendor Questionnaire, Signature Forms, Pricing Workbook) that must be downloaded and completed. Existing GREENBUSH/AEPA vendors must re‑submit; new vendors may also respond.
