DNA Warehousing Support

The U.S. Navy seeks a SBA‑certified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide large‑scale commercial warehousing, inventory, and logistics support for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division’s Dam Neck Activity. The contractor must furnish a minimum 100,000 sq ft climate‑controlled warehouse with loading docks, fire‑suppression, and office space, operate material handling equipment capable of handling loads up to 8,000 lb, and staff qualified personnel to manage receipt, storage, issue, and transport of operating materials, plant equipment, and assets. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price “C‑type” contract using simplified acquisition procedures, with a base year and up to four one‑year options. • Provide a 100,000 sq ft (or larger) warehouse, 600 sq ft office, and necessary MHE (trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) within 90 days of award. • Perform inventory management, material handling, and logistics services for the Navy’s OM&S and PP&E at the Dam Neck Annex and support additional nearby Navy installations. • Meet strict reporting, CUI handling, and security requirements (SECRET clearance for all personnel, OPSEC compliance, and timely incident reporting).
