Armored Car Services

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide comprehensive Armored Car Services. These services include scheduled pick-up(s) and secure delivery of sealed bank deposits from designated City of Phoenix Department(s) and/or location(s) to a designated financial institution ("bank"). The contract will be for a five-year term with two one-year options to extend. The City estimates that the monthly pickup amount will be approximately $12,449,881.00. The Contractor will be required to provide evidence of compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) regulations. The City will evaluate proposals based on factors such as technical capability, experience, and price. • The Contractor will be responsible for providing armored car services to various City departments and locations. • The Contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The Contractor will be evaluated based on their experience, technical capability, and price. • The City reserves the right to award a contract to the most responsive and responsible bidder. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
