CUSTOM PRINT UTILITY BILL FORMS

The City of Joplin is seeking a vendor to provide custom print utility bill forms. The forms should be designed to meet the City's internal printing equipment and formatting standards. The City processes and prints approximately 300,000 utility bills annually. The successful vendor will be required to provide efficient, high-quality print services, complete maintenance services, and digital print proof sets. The City will provide digital copies of City logos to be used on utility bill forms. • The forms should have perforated sections with a detachable return payment envelope and stub. • The forms should be sealed when folded through a pressure sealer. • The paper weight should be 24 lbs. or 28 lbs. • The forms should have the City's branding and text requirements as specified in Exhibit B. • The vendor should provide a digital print proof set before printing approval. The City encourages minority and female-owned businesses to submit bids on all City purchases.
