MEDICAID MANAGED CARE RATE SETTING/PROGRAM ADMIN

The State of West Virginia, Department of Administration, Purchasing Division is seeking proposals for Medicaid Managed Care Rate Setting, Program Administration, and Actuarial Services. The selected vendor will provide lead actuary services, staff actuary services, technical support staff, clerical support staff, managed care program oversight services, and other related services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with optional renewal years. • Lead actuary services: per hour x 5,000 hours annually • Staff actuary services: per hour x 20,000 hours annually • Technical support staff: per hour x 5,000 hours annually • Clerical support staff: per hour x 5,000 hours annually • Managed care program oversight services: all-inclusive fixed annual amount • Actuarial services ad hoc services: per hour x 5,000 hours annually • Financial services: all-inclusive fixed annual amount • Rate setting services: all-inclusive fixed annual amount
